Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, former Program Director, and most recently a stay-at-home parent with over a decade of experience helping people navigate conflict, growth, and change.

My passion is focused on times of change and transition. Whether that means a new job, new town, new family member, or even just new thoughts and feelings to consider, I am interested in helping you move through the change with confidence and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I always aim to be supportively honest. While therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, I want the experience to be as approachable as possible for you, much like talking with a friend. I tend to use a casual tone and often employ humor, stories, and metaphors in my work. If that sounds right for you, then I look forward to connecting with you soon.

What you can expect from me

At its foundation, therapy is a relationship. Before anything else, I want to form a bond with you so we both feel comfortable moving forward. We'll collaborate on goals, discuss how to navigate obstacles, and work together to elicit the change you want to see in your life.
