Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive care.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and provide personalized treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with supportive and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I believe in collaborative care, working closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.

I focus on:

  • Building a trusting therapeutic relationship
  • Shared decision-making
  • Holistic, whole-person care
  • Culturally sensitive and respectful treatment

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on understanding your concerns and goals. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including your history, current symptoms, and overall well-being.

Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management and supportive care.

My goal is for you to feel heard, gain clarity, and leave with a clear direction for your care
