Great to meet you!

You might be someone who feels stuck in anxiety, relationship patterns, or emotional pain that doesn’t fully make sense. Maybe you’ve learned to push through or stay busy, but something beneath the surface keeps showing up, whether that is in your thoughts, relationships, or sense of self. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why certain patterns repeat. You want deeper understanding, clarity, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach with CBT tools to help you uncover the root of your distress and make sense of patterns. With 25+ years of experience, I work with anxiety, trauma, relationships, and women’s issues. My goal is to support insight, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a process of discovery. I offer a space that’s open, direct, and affirming, where you can explore what’s beneath the surface at your own pace. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and move forward, I’d be glad to connect.
