Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you are trying to balance everything from, work, parenting, relationships, and your own mental health. Whether you are a working parent, stay-at-home parent, or somewhere in between, the constant pressure can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout.

I specialize in supporting individuals who feel stretched thin and are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight that comes with daily life. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique experiences.

As a therapist trained in trauma-informed care and EMDR, I help clients process past experiences that may still be impacting how they show up today. Together we will work on building healthier coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and helping you feel more grounded and in control.

I also have a strong passion for working with first-generation Latinos who may feel caught between cultural expectations and their own personal needs. If you are navigating family roles, cultural identity, or trying to break generational patterns that no longer serve you, you are not alone. You do not have to figure it all out on your own.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I meet you where you are, whether you are looking for tools to manage stress or deeper healing from past experiences.

I integrate:

  • Cognitive and behavioral strategies (CBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
  • Trauma informed care
  • Culturally responsive therapy

We will go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.

What you can expect from me

Often times, clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. In our work together you can expect:

  • A warm welcoming, and nonjudgmental space
  • An introduction of how I work
  • A conversation about what's been feeling heavy or overwhelming lately
  • A pace that feels comfortable, with no pressure to share more that you are ready for

In the end, knowing that this is a space focused on you, your needs, your pace, and your healing.
