My practice is centered around creating a safe and nurturing space where men and women can explore their emotions, process their experiences, and discover new paths.

My approach to therapy is to be available to you as a human. I am just like you! Wanting to feel better, grow, learn, and laugh. As your therapist, I am dedicated to going the extra mile by offering evidence-based practices that promote healing and personal growth. I will also be transparent with you if I feel we are not a good fit; this is a normal occurrence.
