I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 over 30 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with clients at all ages of the lifespan. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University. I am licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Missouri and Alabama.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of techniques from a client centered perspective, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy for chronic pain, Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Intentional Interviewing to help you work through the challenges you may be facing in your life.
