Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it’s an important first step toward feeling better. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, collaboration, and practical tools for lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship conflict, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back and discover new ways forward.

My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and centered on your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and person-centered approaches—blending evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection. Together, we’ll identify patterns that no longer serve you and build on your strengths to create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I work with adults across all stages of life, including those navigating career changes, caregiving roles, or life transitions in later adulthood. I believe healing and growth are possible at any age.

If you’re ready to start your journey toward greater peace and self-understanding, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s take that next step together.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges and build on your strengths.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and from strengths-based and person-centered approaches to highlight resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth. Because each person’s story is different, I also take an eclectic approach—blending methods and insights to find what works best for you.

At the heart of my work is a genuine, human connection. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly, gain new perspectives, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Our First Session Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and comfort. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what goals you have for yourself. I’ll ask some questions about your background and current concerns to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to.

We’ll also go over some practical details—like confidentiality, scheduling, and how therapy works—so you have a clear sense of what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful that you’re in the right place to start making positive changes.
