Great to meet you!

Do you ever find yourself feeling “stuck” in the same patterns? Are you having a midlife crisis or struggling to adjust to change? I have experience working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, self-esteem, codependency, unstable relationships, work/school-related stress, bullying, substance abuse, and more. If you are experiencing this, you are not alone and together we can find healthy ways of addressing these concerns in a supportive, and safe environment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation is integrative, and I have a warm, culturally sensitive approach to treatment. I draw from various models such as: CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and motivational interviewing, among others.

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist, one of my main focuses is to highlight my client's strengths. I believe all individuals are capable of change and progress. My clients can expect to have a therapist that will demonstrate empathy, validation, support, and genuine care. Through our therapeutic relationship, clients can feel hopeful and empowered.
