Great to meet you!

The decision to seek counseling services can be difficult and scary, especially when thinking about sharing the most painful parts of your life with others. My passion is simply to help people who are experiencing emotional pain that is preventing them from thriving! My goal is to walk my clients through their healing journey by offering a safe place.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a trauma-informed and spiritually-integrated approach, utilizing some of the following techniques, but not limited to: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that my clients walk away more healed from the trauma of their past and that they learn just how powerful and awesome they are, regardless of their station in life.
