Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor with eleven years’ experience in a primary care setting. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment therapy and am pursuing certification in EMDR. I am informed in Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other body based interventions. I love the moments when someone experiences a shift in ways of thinking, doing, and being in the world to one that feels enriching and satisfying.

My approach to therapy

I like to help people explore where they may be getting stuck and ways to get in touch with authentic, valued ways living. I pull from a variety of styles of therapy to address mind body connection and stress, unhelpful ways of thinking, strategies to manage interpersonal relationships, building more effective habits, and connecting with values for more authentic and full life living.

What you can expect from me

I provide a non judgmental and compassionate space and will work collaboratively with you to explore where you are and explore possibilities to create change and shift in perspective.
