For over 25 years I have been helping individuals and families successfully navigate the stress and challenges of their lives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specialize in anxiety, addictions, work stress and work relationships. Life transitions such as grief and loss, health issues, retirement, empty nest, divorce, women issues & menopause, caregiving and work changes.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and supportive. I have helped individuals move forward in their life after a crises, loss of a loved one or other life transition such as: divorce, menopause, empty nest, retirement or job changes. Sometimes individuals just need to learn some tools and techniques to help improve self care, confidence and communication.
