Hi my name is Cynthia! I earned my bachelor degrees from DePaul University, where I majored in Psychology. I earned my master’s degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration with clinical counseling. I have a tremendous amount of experience working with adolescents, families and adults. I look forward working with you and helping you achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be challenging and at times painful. I attempt provide a space that is safe in order to help clients feel at ease to discuss their story and explain the problem and help identify in the immediate ways to ease the discomfort and in the long run process issue. I am non-judgmental, empathetic and meet my clients were they are.
