Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a PhD and 34 years of experience, offering telehealth therapy to clients in California. I'm most in my element with people who are learning their needs, what's getting in their way and feel ready to meet their challenges. My clients come from all walks of life. I help those who are too hard on themselves to become their own best friend.

My approach to therapy

I'm focused and purposeful — we get to the heart of what's going on. I'm also practical. I believe most people have far more clarity and resilience than they give themselves credit for.

What you can expect from me

I seek to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping to walk away with. I'll ask direct questions and listen closely, and by the end of our first hour, we'll have a clear sense of what we're working on together. My goal is for you to leave that first session already feeling like something has shifted.
