Great to meet you!

You may be navigating the impact of trauma or chronic stress, or the emotional weight of a high‐pressure environment. You might notice yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel like you. Are you wanting more clarity, relief, or a way to reconnect with who you are beneath everything you’ve had to carry? In our work together, I’ll invite you to explore what feels heavy, confusing, or unresolved at your own pace. We might use EMDR, trauma‐informed approaches, or mind‐body strategies to help you process what’s been lingering beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

I draw from various techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR in order to help clients work through concerns such as trauma, anxiety, stress, panic, depression and navigating a medical diagnosis. I aim to provide an environment where individuals can feel understood, accepted, and confident that common goals will lead to success.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you feel grounded again. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you in moving forward with clarity and compassion, and to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside for too long.
