Great to meet you!

As a counselor, I love to help clients understand more about themselves. It is important for me to build a positive relationship with clients and help them learn new skills that may help improve their lives. There can be many reasons why a client needs support, so I assist clients in searching for the best solutions to the challenges they may be facing. I empower my clients to use their strengths and to continue to build upon them to have the best possible toolkit for themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a multi-theoretical approach with a focus on solutions and intrapersonal skills-building.

What you can expect from me

I typically allow clients to take the lead on setting goals while guiding them along their journey. I like to provide psychoeducation and teach new skills to help improve positive outcomes.
