Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, committed to creating a warm, supportive space for adults and couples. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, family of origin issues, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore the patterns and experiences shaping your life, fostering growth, resilience, and healing. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, supporting you on a path toward lasting, positive change.

My approach to therapy

I blend traditional talk therapy with art therapy, using visual metaphors to help clients access unconscious patterns and deeper insights. I’m personable, bring humor into sessions, and focus on clients' strengths and resources. With curiosity and open-ended questions, I use psychoeducation, mindfulness, and visualization to support emotional regulation and self-understanding, empowering clients to recognize their resilience and move toward healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive environment where they are heard and respected. My goal is to help clients gain deeper self-awareness, understand their emotional patterns, and build emotional regulation skills. Together, we work toward practical solutions, personal growth, and greater resilience. By the end of therapy, clients typically feel more empowered, with a clearer understanding of their strengths and the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.
