Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My background includes working with diverse populations, and I strive to create an inclusive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. I am committed to ongoing professional development and use evidence-based practices to ensure clients receive effective, up-to-date care tailored to their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered techniques. I believe in meeting clients where they are, helping them build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can share what brings them to therapy at their own comfort level. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and background, and begin identifying what you’d like to work toward. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how we can work together moving forward.
