Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard without fear of judgment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina, as well as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. I work with adults ages 17 and older experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, and everyday stress. My professional experience also includes supporting individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, military families, those experiencing homelessness, and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. As a mother, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I strive to meet each client with compassion, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when we work together to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and develop strategies that fit your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based techniques while tailoring treatment to each individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, stress, or a major life transition, I aim to help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools that you can use long after therapy ends. Above all, I want you to feel supported, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I'll ask questions to better understand your background, relationships, and overall well-being, while also giving you plenty of space to share your story at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and discuss a plan for moving forward. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged that meaningful change is possible.
