A bit about my approach to therapy

Ms. Cynthia uses an Integrative approach, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. Her counseling experience is primarily with adults, couples, families and groups who have social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Her core beliefs, values, feelings of self-worth, esteem, and identity are deeply grounded in her faith and spirituality.
