As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals aged 16 and older navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, post-traumatic stress, and self-esteem issues.

Together, we'll build a foundation of trust at your pace, exploring what you hope to achieve and outlining a plan to get there.
