Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist takes courage, especially when what you're carrying feels too personal, too complicated, or too often misunderstood. At Right Road Counseling & Wellness, I offer something hard to find: a genuinely judgment-free space where you can bring your whole self and begin to heal.

My approach to therapy

My goal is simple: to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where healing becomes possible, and growth feels real. So often we tell ourselves, “I can handle it” or “I’m fine.” But even the strongest people benefit from support.

What you can expect from me

First, take a deep breath and congratulate yourself on taking this step. Your initial session lasts about an hour. We’ll spend time getting to know you, discussing what brought you in, and identifying your goals for therapy. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions. Together, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit and outline next steps for your care.
