Great to meet you!

Hi, My name is Cynthia Haynes and I am an LMFT in practice. I provide Couples' Counseling, Individual therapy as well as family therapy. I am kind, intelligent, confident, and a goal getter. I will help you, I will interact, I will intervene, I will make you 😂 laugh too. And you will see changes. I care and love what I do for a living. I feel that I am down to earth, approachable, and sincere. I do not beat around the bush, and I like to work to see results. I will follow your pace, and I am kind and gentle. But I do mean business and I see results that clients love and appreciate.

My approach to therapy

My approach is following your needs, your lead in regard to what is important for you. I feel that I am nice, caring - but I will challenge you, & I am adamant about not wasting our time by reducing your challenges and negative symptoms through the application of CBT; applying your learned cognition to your day to day behaviors to observe results through conditioning, reframing and retraining your though process. I like to apply psychoanalyses to our therapy to understand deep rooted issues relating to our traumas. I may use Christian based counseling to our therapy sessions if desired and requested.

What you can expect from me

First session is a casual evaluation and analyses where I get to understand your challenges, as well as strengths.

Its also an opportunity for us to "check out the vibe" and see if we're a good match!
