My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I listen attentively and empathetically as concerns are discussed, and I assist individuals in gaining greater insight and clarity of mind. I provide a confidential, warm, supportive, non-judgmental, and safe environment where individuals can explore past and current issues, weigh their options, make critical decisions, and move forward productively.

I build upon individuals' strengths. We work interactively to identify presenting problems and to develop realistic, tangible solutions in the change process. My mission is to help individuals achieve desired transformations that lead to a more profound sense of self-awareness, enhanced interpersonal relationships, more transparent and more effective communication, and the ability to manage conflict and stress with greater success through acquired coping strategies.

I am personable, approachable, and experienced in working with persons of diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Everyone matters, and every day matters.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, confidential, and goal-oriented session focused on understanding their needs and identifying practical strategies for growth and healing. During the first session, we'll discuss your concerns, set clear goals, and establish a collaborative plan for moving forward. The goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful progress.
