Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process where clients feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop greater confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish to better meet the needs of diverse individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and understand the lasting impact it can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. I am passionate about helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and recognize their own strengths throughout the healing process. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I strive to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals, empowering you to move toward growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we will discuss their concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. I will ask questions to better understand their experiences and collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, learn about my therapeutic approach, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.
