Great to meet you!

I am an experienced therapist with 20+ years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings with all variety of clients including: Veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. I am excellent at helping you through difficult times and life transitions. I have a great deal of experience working with trauma, from life, work, medical diagnosis, loss, and all that life can throw at us. You will find me down to earth and surprisingly easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

I am a generalist who will meet you where you are to tailor individual support for you. We work together with a solution-focused approach to meet your goals and needs. I use a variety of methods, but if I had to choose a favorite -Cognitive Processing Therapy would be my go to. My strengths are in helping you find yours. Empowerment and Encouragement are the tools I like best.

What you can expect from me

A first, session is always going to be a bit awkward, but I will do my best to help you feel as comfortable as possible. A session with me will somehow still feel like a surprisingly normal conversation that somehow helps the load feel lighter.
