Great to meet you!

My passion for mental health is rooted in my own life experiences and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of psychoeducation. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and grief because my own personal challenges have given me a deep sense of empathy and genuine desire to help others find healing as well. As a high school counselor and therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and approachable environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative journey—my clients are the drivers of their own lives, while I serve as a guide, helping them navigate obstacles and move toward their goals and preferred destination.

What you can expect from me

My first priority is getting to know you-your story, your challenges, and what matters most to you. I believe the early sessions are about building a genuine connection and creating a trusting space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward your goals.
