Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Cynthia Jackson, a behavioral health clinician with more than 15 years of experience. My work focuses on helping people find practical, real-life solutions to the challenges they are facing. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on listening without judgment or bias and understanding each client’s unique concerns and experiences. From there, I take a collaborative approach, working together with my clients to identify their goals and develop strategies that can help them move forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a comfortable, supportive environment where they have the opportunity to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to accomplish. Our first session will focus on getting to know one another, understanding your concerns, and beginning to identify meaningful goals for our work together.
