Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

My focus is to help individuals/families/young adults in college/university, learn to cope with their presenting issues and life transitions. This is accomplished by working together and collaborating to recognize how to work through the issues, and to assist you to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. What they mean, and how they relate to your present day challenge.

My approach to therapy

Life presents itself with known and unknown challenges, at any age, and circumstance. Our work together is based upon trust and open communication. Together we will work on your journey to deepen your awareness, understand the issues/challenges, needs and patterns of relating to the issues. The purpose of our work is for you to attain, learn and maintain mental wellbeing in your personal daily life and surrounding environments .

What you can expect from me

The initial session with you is to learn and understand what you would like to achieve in therapy. Our work together is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment of communication, understanding and warmth.
