Great to meet you!

I'm a dog mom who has been licensed as a Marriage and family therapist for 6 years. I have worked in diverse settings including residential treatment, outpatient and crisis management. I specialize in anxiety, depression, family issues, adjustment issues, and have experience working in law enforcement field. I bring warmth and genuine care to helping people navigate life's challenges and build meaningful connections.

My approach to therapy

I gravitate towards dialectical behavioral therapy, teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills to build a life worth living. I can also use other modalities or a combination depending on your needs and the way you learn best.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about understanding why you've chosen therapy. We'll explore your goals, I'll conduct an assessment, and at the end, we can discuss future appointments. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can truly explore yourself and the world around you. I'll challenge you respectfully when needed to aid personal growth. I'm warm, bubbly, and genuine about helping you learn to cope at any stage of life, and I welcome your feedback about our work together.
