I have been providing psychotherapy for over 20 years, and am a certified EMDR, trauma-oriented therapist, I believe that the integration of mind, body and spirit are vital for good mental health.

I will work with you to explore your internal world of thoughts, feelings and behavior, to become aware of survival patterns that are no longer working for you, to process past and present difficult experiences, and develop new skills that enhance compassionate self leadership.
