Great to meet you!

I have been a counselor for eight years now, and I have helped a wide variety of client's seek solutions and relief during that time. I think that counseling should be a collaborative process, and I am very flexible in being able to meet clients where they are it in order to help them get to where they want to be.

My approach to therapy

I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, because I think that a lot of the struggles we deal with start out with how we are thinking about things. No two clients are alike though, so I am skilled at a variety of approaches in order to be able to use the one that will best help each individual client.

What you can expect from me

I always want clients to walk away from sessions feeling clarity and gaining insight into the things that are bothering them. Ultimately, I want to help clients get to a place where they are able to get through life with the confidence that they can deal with whatever comes their way.
