Great to meet you!

Life doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes the strategies that helped you survive difficult experiences start getting in the way of the life you actually want to build. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in familiar patterns, or carrying experiences you haven't fully had the chance to process, you're in the right place. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, including the people who are used to handling things on their own and being the one everyone else relies on.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed. Together we'll make sense of what's happening, build tools that fit your real life, and share some humor along the way. I draw on trauma-focused CBT, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, but the focus is always on what's actually going to help you, not the names of techniques. Growth doesn't have to feel heavy every time.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you want our work to focus on. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and by the end you'll have a clearer sense of how I work and a starting plan.
