Great to meet you!
Choosing a mental health provider is a big decision, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, and I’ve been practicing since 2011. Over the years, I’ve learned that mental health challenges don’t just affect your thoughts or emotions — they impact your energy, your relationships, your work, and even your physical health. That’s why I take a whole-person approach to care.
My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and supportive. I want you to feel comfortable being honest — even about the hard or messy parts. There’s no judgment here. I believe in having real conversations, explaining things clearly, and helping you understand what’s going on in your brain and body so you can feel more in control.
Some sessions may focus on medication management, others on problem-solving, coping skills, or simply having space to process what you’re going through. I blend evidence-based treatment with practical strategies you can actually use in your everyday life.
Patients often tell me they appreciate that I: • Truly listen • Explain things in a way that makes sense • Look at both mental and physical health together • Stay calm and steady when things feel overwhelming • Offer realistic, achievable next steps
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, we can work through it together.
My goal isn’t just to reduce symptoms — it’s to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more confident moving forward.
If that sounds like a good fit, I’d be honored to support you.
