Great to meet you!

Therapy offers a meaningful space for growth, self-understanding, and finding balance in life. I believe that every individual possesses the resilience and capacity to heal, and with the right support, we can all learn to flourish, even in the face of challenges. As your therapist, I offer a safe, supportive and compassionate space, often with a touch of humor. Together, we’ll explore how your past shapes your present, uncover unhelpful patterns, and build awareness and practical tools for concrete, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and empowering, helping you move toward your fullest potential.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and client-centered theories. My areas of focus include: depression, anxiety, life transitions, phase-of-life challenges, attachment and relationship issues, identity development, and loss and grief. I especially enjoy working with adults, young adults, adolescents, individuals in the entertainment industry, and those navigating medical issues. Additionally, I have a strong interest in multiculturalism and cultural identity development particularly within Filipino, Filipino-American, and other Asian and Asian-American communities.

What you can expect from me

We know that life can be challenging at times, but you don't have to face it alone. I'm so glad you are here and I look forward to supporting you in this journey to make positive changes to live a life of fulfillment and satisfaction! You are welcome, honored and valued in this space. Send me an email or give me a call and let's chat. You got this!
