Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I earned my Master of Science from Vanderbilt University and specialize in delivering integrative, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. By combining traditional psychiatric treatments with a holistic, whole-person lens, I work collaboratively with you to build a safe space for lasting healing and growth. Let's work together to help you feel like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My practice style is collaborative, warm, and deeply rooted in an integrative, trauma-informed approach to mental health. I believe that effective psychiatric care requires looking at the whole person, blending evidence-based medical guidelines with a comprehensive view of your overall wellness. I specialize in medication management helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders, and I have experience treating OCD. I incorporate elements of CBT, ERP and motivational interviewing in the realm of supportive counseling but I do not offer stand alone therapy. I also provide Bariatric Pre-surgical Psychological Evaluations on a cash basis as an added service. No matter what you are facing, my goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where your voice is heard, and your care plan is built together as a team.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a thorough, unhurried evaluation, which serves as a consultation to ensure my practice is the right fit for your clinical needs. During our first session, I take the time to understand your full history—not just your current symptoms, but your unique story. This mutual assessment gives us the opportunity to explore what brought you into care, identify diagnostic impressions, and determine if my integrative services align with your goals.
