Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, unsure of your direction, or overwhelmed by a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I support women, men, and couples working through self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness, and provide compassionate care for women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the perinatal period.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy alongside mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, and relaxation techniques. Our sessions will offer a supportive space to understand what’s holding you back and build practical steps toward feeling more grounded and confident.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I invite you to reach out. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning for deeper work, I offer a compassionate space to help you reconnect with your inner strength and create the change you’re longing for.
