Great to meet you!

My work focuses on a variety of issues: addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and gender identity, just to name a few. I create a space where you can explore these challenges and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities, I specialize in EMDR, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, and Family Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is similar to starting with a new doctor. My initial meeting is used to collect information on your history, to find out what you believe the problem to be, and to help you identify your short-term and long-term goals.
