Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who are dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, shame, guilt, self-doubt, substance use, and painful relationship patterns. Many of the people I support feel stuck in survival mode. They may be having nightmares, flashbacks, anger outbursts, self-harm, low self-worth, codependent patterns, or the constant feeling that they are doing everything wrong. Some are trying to heal after domestic violence, sexual abuse, addiction, or other painful experiences that changed how safe life feels. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and more able to imagine what comes next.

My approach to therapy

Do guilt, anger, trauma, or self-doubt keep pulling you back even when you want to move forward?

My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and grounded in helping you create real change. I use CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients better understand their symptoms, manage overwhelming emotions, improve communication, and build coping tools that actually help in daily life. Together, we work on self-forgiveness, emotional regulation, healing from trauma, and learning how to move forward with more confidence, stability, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and talking through your concerns. You will have space to share what has been happening, what feels most important right now, and what kind of support would be most helpful. Together, we can begin creating a plan that feels clear, thoughtful, and tailored to your needs.
