Great to meet you!

I cater to my clients' needs! I understand that not every type of treatment is going to work for every client. I base all of my clients' treatment on their particular needs and direct my therapy approach based on that!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very person-centered. I believe the client should be as in-charge of their own treatment as much as possible. I let the client take the lead and provide input as appropriate that will benefit them. I enjoy using humor in sessions as well and help my clients be as comfortable as possible.

What you can expect from our first session

I try to make sure my clients can take away at least one positive message from each session. I like to use that as a measure of their overall progress moving forward!
