Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented therapist who helps clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and women’s issues. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when life feels overwhelming or patterns feel hard to break. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while we focus on what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and practical. I draw from Relational Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and make meaningful change. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, with a focus on insight, connection, and realistic steps forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and judgment-free conversation about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will feel different. We’ll begin identifying your goals together and talk about how I can best support you. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, more grounded, and clearer about the path ahead.
