Great to meet you!

You have already taken the hardest step: deciding to reach out. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a pattern you are ready to change, you deserve a space where your story is heard and your strengths are recognized. I am a licensed therapist in California with 17 years of experience, and I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to hand you a solution but to help you uncover the one that already fits you. I would be glad to connect for a free consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means sessions are built around you: your pace, your goals, and your definition of progress. I create a space that is genuinely nonjudgmental, where you can say the thing you have never said out loud and feel met with empathy rather than advice. We will explore what is keeping you stuck, draw on the strengths you already carry, and work together toward the changes you want to make. I also bring in solution-focused and strength-based techniques, so our work stays practical and grounded in what is actually possible for you

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I will ask about what brought you in, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what has helped you in the past. You set the pace: share as much or as little as feels right. By the end of that first meeting, my goal is for you to leave feeling genuinely heard and a little clearer on what working together might look like.
