Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cynthia! I became a therapist because I believe every person carries strengths they haven't fully met yet. With 10 years of experience, I work with adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and pressures of everyday life. My goal isn't just to help you cope; it's to help you feel genuinely clearer, stronger, and more at home in yourself. I create a space where safety comes first and your story is heard without judgement. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Every journey is unique, and I adapt our work to yours. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how thoughts shape feelings, and Acceptance

and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build flexibility when life feels overwhelming. For trauma and PTSD, I use Trauma-Focused CBT from a strength-based lens: we always start with what you already bring to the room. I also use solution-focused and narrative approaches to help you find meaning in your story and real paths forward.

Each session is collaborative, honest, and paced entirely by you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you share what brought you here and

what you're hoping for. There is no pressure to have it figured out. Most clients leave that first conversation feeling less alone and a little lighter, knowing they have a space that belongs entirely to them.
