Great to meet you!

Welcome! Seeking help is the first step and sometimes the most difficult. Over the last several years, I have had the privilege to work with adults struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. My work has centered around helping adults process and express painful emotions that have never been shared with others.

My approach to therapy

A warm, welcoming, and empathic approach is primary in building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My commitment to each person includes offering professional, multi-faceted, evidence-based therapy focused on individual needs. Common modalities used in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

What you can expect from me

My belief is that productive therapy starts with building trust and a relaxed atmosphere. Our first session will be focused on creating an encouraging environment, introducing ourselves, and exploring what brings you to therapy. My hope is that from the first session we build towards openness and opportunity for growth.
