Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of experience helping adults and adolescents navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and other difficult seasons of life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage your emotions or responsibilities, having difficulty in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to better understand what you're experiencing and find a healthier way forward.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what's going on. Together, we'll build on your strengths, identify what may be getting in your way, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy should be tailored to you, so we'll focus on the concerns that matter most to you and the changes you'd like to make rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences. We'll work together to recognize unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and identify realistic steps toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what's most important to you right now, and what you'd like to get out of our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

You can expect me to listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable. My hope is that therapy helps you feel heard and understood while also becoming more confident in yourself, better equipped to handle life's challenges, and clearer about how you want to move forward.
