Great to meet you!

I have almost twenty years in the social work field. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with individuals dealing with grief, loss, medical illness, psychiatric crisis, substance use and overwhelming life stressors. I understand we all have experiences which may become barriers in our growth, but do believe we have the ability to develop insight and, if willing can find serenity and peace. My approach is strengths and solution focused.

My approach to therapy

Finding the right partner in your therapeutic journey is an essential key to success. I have experienced my own losses and challenges, and feel these experiences give me great empathy and understanding. I support a client's self-determination, a strength-based approach with an emphasis on identying your strenghts and building on them.

What you can expect from me
