I help people during difficult periods of life whether it's caused by relationships with loved ones, illness, loss and grief, lifestyle changes caused by transitioning and being able to get to the reasons and ways to manage health issues and other issues that would affect your mental health well being. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach along with eclectic techniques that would apply to each person in a unique way.

My approach to psychotherapy is basically eclectic utilizing a toolbox of ways to work with each person in an individual way that work best for specific conditions and to help others with a range of issues that will help for whatever challenging situations, emotions and behaviors that are affecting your life. Whether you are dealing with overwhelming relationships or cycles of anxiety or depression, I am here to help
