Great to meet you!

“I love my work—because I get to witness people become happier and more confident. Frequently they are people who are experiencing “private struggles behind professional success”. And it is true that they are dealing with issues that friends or family sometimes aren’t equipped to handle and so you can feel isolated despite strong social networks.

My greatest strength is problem-solving. Many challenges have simpler solutions than we imagine—especially when paired with a thoughtful plan and steady support. I enjoy the process of discovery, and I look forward to each session with genuine enthusiasm.

And you are right...life shouldn't be this heavy.

My approach to therapy

My clients say they feel better even after one session. Relief happens quickly. Problems and change is part of life, every problem solved helps us with today and with whatever happens in the future. I believe my clients sometimes forget their past successes and how to use them again creatively. Being overwhelmed is not a place to be for long.

We deal with handling difficult narcissistic family members or coworkers, painful transitions or changing relationships that need new understanding, clients that are anxious and have used all their resources to lessen their anxiety are my ideal clients.

What you can expect from me

Since 2020, I have maintained a thriving private practice, offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. My practice is known for its calm, person-centered environment and its focus on anxiety disorders, PTSD, depression, and workplace stress, and most of all you and where you want to go. I listen and we talk about practical suggestions and we work together all the way.
