Great to meet you!

Are you and your partner having the same painful conversations over and over again? Do small misunderstandings quickly turn into distance, resentment, or conflict? I earned my social work degree from NYU in 2019, and I work with couples and adults facing relationship issues, anxiety, grief, and life transitions using a warm, insight-oriented, and practical approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and practical. I help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck, communicate more clearly, and respond to stress with greater insight and steadiness. I tailor therapy to the person or couple in front of me and focus on meaningful change rather than generic advice.

What you can expect from me

From our first session foward, my goal is to support clients in gaining insight, fostering self-compassion, and developing practical tools for navigating challenges—so that each session leaves them with greater clarity, a renewed sense of possibility, and actionable steps toward meaningful and lasting change.
