Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Cynthia; I am a California Licensed Social Worker (LCSW). I offer in-person and virtual nature-inspired therapy services to adult individuals, caregivers, and couples.

I work from a trauma aware, culturally inclusive lens. I help people navigate life challenges such as self-doubt, grief & loss, anxiety, work and life transitions, relationship issues, parenting and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I offer virtual sessions to CA residents who are seeking services from the comfort of their own space.

I offer walk and talk therapy, also known as outdoor therapy, to individuals seeking an in-person outdoor experience where we engage in conversation while walking (or sitting) together in a natural environment such as a park, beach or trail.

My practice is committed to supporting individuals on their personal healing journey. My intention is to encourage, witness, and affirm the human experience. I value creating a space for individuals to feel seen and understood. Authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and joy are integrated into the process.

My approach is humanistic, prioritizing unique potential and inherent strengths. I use a person and relationship-centered approach, where collaboration explores the inner world, without judgement or labels.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session is a chance to connect virtually, allowing exploration of needs, discussion of confidentiality, and development of a personalized plan. This plan may include outdoor sessions, ultimately, you determine what feels right, with nature incorporated into the process.
