Great to meet you!

I'm a compassionate and empathetic therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges. I have a passion for serving Veterans and individuals with complex trauma/PTSD. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and parts. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

In sessions we will explore how life has shaped your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, practice functional coping strategies, and empower healing from past traumas. Together we will transform/unburden the parts that are holding you back, find your inner voice (Self), learn to set healthy boundaries, and move towards the life you've always desired. I utilize IFS/Parts work, somatic experiencing, attachment theory, polyvagal theory/interventions, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I work to empower you to make positive changes in your life. I am committed to fostering a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we will work towards creating meaningful and lasting change that enhances your well being.
